Here's a quick meal and I would guess most of you have these items already in your pantry or refrigerator...I have intentionally left off the amount of the ingredients because you can easily determine how much to prepare for your family specifically.
You'll need:
Pasta (rigatoni)
Salsa
Green pepper (optional)
Corn (canned or frozen)
chicken (optional, if need a vegan dish)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Cook Pasta according to package
Saute chicken, green pepper then
Stir in corn and salsa, cook until warm
Serve over pasta then add your cheese, Viola a quick and easy meal! You could side with cheap bread from Harris Teeter here and some yummy fruit or a salad!
