We enjoy green peppers in our home...fajitas, homemade pizza, spaghetti sauce just to name a few. So when I happened across several green peppers at an extraordinary price I snatched them up and FROZE them!! (I was almost finished with cutting mine when I decided this would be a great post, so just image 15 more peppers there!)
Wash your peppers then slice and dice any way you like!
Place wax paper on a cookie sheet. Flash freeze for one hour in the freezer. Make sure your peppers are not touching. This allows you to use just the right amount when it comes to using them later!
Store in a freezer 'ziploc' bag and there you go, freshly frozen green peppers for your next dish!
