You can check the Kmart master list (PDF) to see if your local store is participating. It looks like all of the Columbus, OH area stores are on it!

Terms and conditions:

• Manufacturer Coupons up to $2
• Does not include Kmart Store Coupons
• Does not include Kmart Pharmacy Store Coupons
• Limit 5 total coupons per customer per day
• The first 5 coupons provided by customer will be doubled.

In the past they’ve been pretty lax about limiting the number of coupons per customer, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out.
