You can print a $0.75/1 SOLO coupon here or here. Many people are also reporting finding $1/1 peelies on some SOLO items. By combining the coupons and catalina, you should be able to get SOLO products for free or close-to-free.
Harris Teeter has plates and cups on sale this week for $2.00, so ONLY $.50 after coupon! Great time to tock up for summer!
