Menu Plan: April 8 - 14


This week is a little bit different. I am not sure what the menu will be each day BUT I do know what I have to choose from.  I linked a couple recipes this week too.

Don't forget Whole Foods opens Thursday AND they will be serving a free breakfast.(Bummed we aren't able to go)

Breakfast
Whole Wheat Waffles, fruit
Honey Whole Wheat Bagels and Vegan Cream Cheese, fruit
Warm Quinoa with berries, smoothie
Steel Cut Oats x3, fruit
Children's Choice

Lunch
Corn dog muffins (actually using same brand as Laura but chicken, mine are from Deep Roots for $3.99 a pack), baked beans, fruit
Wraps x2-raw veggies, fruit
Vegan Mac/Cheese, Brussels sprouts, fruit
Tortilla pizza, spring mix, fruit
Leftovers x2

Dinner
Pizza, spinach and mango salad
Black bean burger, roasted cauliflower, baked sweet potato wedges
Roasted Broccoli & Shrimp with brown rice (maybe quinoa)
Pasta/sauce, salad, yeast rolls
Wrap, rice chips, fruit salad
Leftovers
