Monday - Mexican night: refried beans, avocado, chicken quesadilla's
Tuesday - Organic yogurt chicken, potato salad, peas
Wednesday - BBQ chicken legs, Crash hot potatoes, green beans
Thursday - Twice baked potato bar, broccoli, strawberries
Friday - leftovers
Saturday - Pizza Party!
This week I am also going to try my hand at making ketchup and barbeque sauce. I need the ketchup in order to make the barbeque sauce needed for Wendesday. I have a pretty full week so hopefully I will be able to get some recipes and pictures posted. I feel a little under the gun finishing up a dress for my daughter. She will turn 2 on Monday however we have her photo session already scheduled with Candi Friday evening! Yikes! Still lots to do and soooo little time!
