Menu Plan

{Pictured above:  Aldi trip today, BEFORE the snow,for $14.08.  Thankfully this all is I need for this week.  Cauliflower and celery used this week were purchased last week at Aldi.  I purchased a few half gallons of Coconut Milk from Whole Foods last week.} 

Sunday:
oatmeal, apple slices
burritos
leftovers

Monday:
10 grain hot cereal, pear (thanks mom)
black bean and rice burritos, fruit
meatless tacos, avocado slices, fruit
*make bagels today for tomorrow

Tuesday:
giant breakfast cookies no oats!   (didn't make last week)
bagels with cream cheese, oranges
Monday night's dinner
cauliflower soup, steamed broccoli and homemade wheat bread


Wednesday:
pumpkin muffin, fruit

going to try my hand at some sort of wrap, refried beans, avocado, salsa, fruit
Black bean burgers, crash hot potatoes, steamed broccoli



Thursday:
coconut flour banana muffins, blueberries
leftovers
Black Bean and Vegetable Stew, homemade bread sticks


Friday:
whole wheat pancakes, grapefruit
quinoa, black beans, salsa, orange slices, blueberries
homemade pizza bar, salad, fruit  dinner out with friends, sorry, almost forgot!

Saturday:
WW biscuits
homemade tortillas with pinto beans, salsa and cilantro, fruit
whole wheat spaghetti, salad, green beans
